Application Form

The Application Form (referred to as the “Application”) must be signed by the Client or an authorized representative. It is crucial that the Client reviews the Application and the declarations included, along with the Agreement (as defined in the “Declarations” section below), prior to signing. By signing the Application, you affirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of the Agreement. Additionally, you confirm that the person signing has the authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of the applicant (company).

Proof of Identity: Certified true copies of the original valid photo identification for Directors, Administrators, Authorized Contacts, and UBOs with 25% or more of shareholding are required. The document must be in color and can be either a Passport, and ID or a Driving License. Please provide copies of both the front and back of any ID card used for verification, or the double-page spread of the passport.

Proof of Address: A valid Utility Bill, Council Tax Bill, Insurance Statement, Bank Statement, Credit Card Statement, Lease Agreement, or any official government correspondence must be provider for Directors, Administrators, Authorized Contacts, and UBOs with 25% or more of shareholding. All documents must be dated within the last three months and should be provided in French or English, or translated accordingly.

We gather personal information to assess your eligibility for our products and services, maintain high service standards, comply with regulatory requirements, and verify your identity.

Rest assured that any personal information you provide to IRETI CAPITAL will not be utilized for commercial purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties, except in response to requests from regulatory, governmental, or law enforcement agencies, or shared with our business partners and service providers to facilitate the delivery of services to you. These partners and providers may be located both within and outside the European Economic Area. We ensure confidentiality through contractual agreements with our business partners, sharing only the minimum necessary information required to perform the specified tasks.

IRETI CAPITAL may request additional documentation following the review of this Application Form.
Furthermore, we may require relevant URLs or other promotional materials, along with completed and signed service agreements, prior to establishing accounts or processing payments on your behalf. If service agreements have not yet been provided, they will be issued based on the information submitted in this Application Form.

Declarations

I hereby confirm that the account requested to be opened will be used only for the needs of the applicant and that all operations performed will be at the will of the applicant:

Do any of the directors or shareholders mentioned above, or any of their family members, hold a politically exposed position? Additionally, are they close associates or cohabitants of anyone in a politically exposed position? A politically exposed position includes roles such as a head of state or government minister, deputy or assistant minister, member of the executive council or legislature, ambassador, embassy attaché or counselor, high-ranking military officer, member of the administrative management or supervisory body of a state-owned enterprise, member of a court of auditors or the board of a central bank, head of a government agency, or member of a supreme court, constitutional court, or other high-level judicial body.

The terms and phrases used in this Application will have the same meanings as defined in the Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified in this Application. By signing this Application, you are:

  • Confirming that you are fully authorized to sign and act on behalf of the Company, and that no additional consent or approval is necessary from any other individual.
  • Agreeing to and authorizing the searches, due diligence inquiries, and the use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy and Framework Terms for Payment Services.

Acknowledging that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of the Agreement, which includes this Application, the Framework Terms, and any other documents that the parties may mutually agree upon, collectively constituting the entire Agreement between the parties.
