Client agreement

The client agreement sets out the terms governing the business relationship between you and Ireti Capital (Mauritius) Ltd. It is accepted during onboarding, before access to the client portal is granted, and incorporates our terms and conditions, privacy policy and risk disclosure.

Parties

Ireti Capital (Mauritius) Ltd, Level 3, St Louis House, 17 Mgr Gonin Street, Port Louis, Republic of Mauritius, and the client named in the onboarding application.

Purpose

The client appoints Ireti Capital (Mauritius) Ltd as payment intermediary to initiate, route and process the cross-border payments the client instructs through the client portal, to be executed and settled by regulated financial institutions.

Main obligations of Ireti Capital (Mauritius) Ltd

• review each instruction under its compliance procedures before requesting any funds;
• confirm the all-in exchange rate applied (or, for payments without conversion, the volume-based fee) and the amount to transfer before any funds are transferred;
• hold funds received in the segregated IRETI Client Account with our partner bank, solely to execute the approved payment;
• instruct the regulated financial institution promptly once funds are reconciled, and provide a confirmation with the final rate applied.

Main obligations of the client

• provide accurate and complete information and supporting documents;
• fund each approved payment from its own bank account, quoting the transaction reference;
• use the services only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with applicable law;
• inform us promptly of any change to its information, directors or beneficial owners.

Duration and termination

The agreement continues until terminated by either party on 30 days' written notice, or immediately in case of material breach or where required by law. Instructions already funded are completed or the funds returned.
