Client funds
Client funds are held in the IRETI Client Account with our partner bank, a segregated account opened in the name of Ireti Capital (Mauritius) Ltd for its clients, separately from the company's own funds and operating accounts.
- Funds are received only from the client's own bank account, against an approved payment request and its transaction reference.
- They are used solely to execute that payment and are never used for the company's own purposes.
- The account is reconciled against client orders; funds that cannot be applied to a payment are returned to the account they came from.
What we do not do
- We do not take deposits; client funds are held only to execute the specific approved payment.
- We do not take proprietary positions.
- We do not perform currency conversion: it is performed by a regulated financial institution at execution.
- We do not provide financial advice.
Regulated partners
Partner bank - a bank licensed by the Bank of Mauritius, holding the IRETI Client Account.
Regulated financial institutions and brokers - perform conversion, execution and settlement.
